Are you already a customer of ours?

Then you can order easily and quickly through our webshop.
Log in with your personal login details and receive Dancoins with every webshop order!

Prefer to order by phone or email? That's also possible!
Please note that an administrative surcharge of €15 will be applied to all cosmetic orders.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation once your order is complete.
Please check the order confirmation carefully and report any inaccuracies as soon as possible using the contact details.

Would you like to start with one of our brands in your salon? Then first request a free sample pack or contact us for more information.
Once you have placed an initial order, you will receive login details for our webshop.

Please note: Dancohr Cosmetics only supplies professional beauty and pedicure salons.

Shipping

Delivery time

Your webshop order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days via DPD (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
A signature is required upon receipt of the package.

Shipping costs

For orders with a total amount under €175 (excl. VAT), we charge €8.95 in shipping costs.
For orders of €175 (excl. VAT) or more, shipping costs are waived (by post).

Backorders

If products are temporarily out of stock, they cannot be backordered.
You can activate an email notification to receive an automatic email as soon as the product concerned is back in stock.

Collection

It is no longer possible to collect your order from us. All orders are sent by post.

Public Holidays 2024

We are closed on:

• New Year's Day: Monday, January 1, 2024.
• Easter Monday: Monday, April 1, 2024.
• Ascension Day: Thursday, May 18, 2024.
• Whit Monday: Monday, May 20, 2024.
• Christmas: Wednesday, December 25, Thursday, December 26, and Friday, December 27, 2024.

Please allow for longer shipping times when ordering on or around these (public) holidays.
