How do I become a Dancohr customer?
To become a Dancohr customer, you start with a free trial package from one of our brands. After you receive it, we will contact you personally to put together the ideal starter package. Once this is completed, you will receive your login details for our webshop. This will give you access to placing orders, training, events, social media content and more.
How can I get acquainted with one of the Dancohr brands?
Click here to request a free, no-obligation sample pack of the brand you are interested in.
You can also request multiple sample packs.
In the sample pack, you will find brochures, price lists, and samples so that you get a good impression of the brand concerned.
Our sales team will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
Does Dancohr also deliver to private individuals?
No, Dancohr only supplies its products to professional beauty salons, hair salons and pedicure salons (B2B).
Would you like to order one of our products as a private individual?
Then go to the website of the relevant brand and use the salon locator to find the nearest salon in your area.
What are Dancohr's opening hours?
We can be reached on weekdays by email, phone, and WhatsApp from 08:30 to 17:00.
To visit our showroom, you must make an appointment.

If you are unable to log in, it is best to request a new password.
Go to the login page and click on 'forgot password'.
If a webshop account is linked to your email address, you will automatically receive an email to reset your password.

Shipping
What are the shipping costs for a cosmetic order?
Your order will be sent by registered mail with PostNL or DHL.
Therefore, a signature is required upon receipt of the package.
For orders with an order value below €175 (excl. VAT), shipping costs will be charged. These depend on your customer level.
For orders of €175 (excl. VAT) or more, shipping costs (by post) are waived.
For orders of €50 (excl. VAT) or more, the small order fee of €5 is waived.
Bronze level: €8.95 shipping costs for orders < €175
Silver level: €6.95 shipping costs for orders < €175
Gold level: €3.95 shipping costs for orders < €175
Platinum level: free shipping regardless of order value
