APPLICATION
  1. Shake:Shake the bottle well to mix the two phases of the formula.
  2. Apply:Apply the Bi-phase Pre Care Eye Make-Up Remover to a cotton pad.
  3. Remove make-up:Gently wipe over the eyes from the inner corner to the outer corner to remove waterproof eye make-up or lip make-up.
